Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager/Estimator role

Core Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, while also leading estimating efforts for negotiated and competitive work. Responsibilities include preparing quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates, obtaining and reviewing subcontractor bids, and developing proposals.

On the project management side, this person will oversee schedules, budgets, job costs, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. They will serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal field staff.
Additional responsibilities include leading project meetings, conducting regular jobsite visits, coordinating closely with superintendents, proactively managing risk, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
This role may oversee multiple projects and estimates simultaneously and offers the opportunity to grow into a key long-term leadership position within the company.

Compensation: Salary range: $85,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We are open to going above range for an exceptional candidate.
