Key Qualifications:

✅ Team Leadership – Manage engineers, designers, and CAD operators.
✅ Project Management – Engineer of record for $5M-$75M infrastructure projects.
✅ HVAC & Mechanical Systems – Expertise in boilers, chillers, air handling, BMS upgrades, electrical conversions, and piping.
✅ Design & Documentation – Develop engineering calculations, HVAC load analysis, and construction drawings.
✅ Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Work with architects, contractors, and government agencies (DASNY, CUNY, OGS).
✅ NYC/NYS Code Knowledge – Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
✅ Education & License – BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, NYS PE License required.
