We are excited to bring on a new Interiors Construction Project Manager to our office in Raleigh, North Carolina! The right candidate will be prepared to work in a close, fast paced team environment. The Project Manager will also possess a positive attitude and can inspire and motivate their team.
About the opportunity:
Management of commercial projects within the healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences and commercial realm. Project Managers will work closely with all members of the project team and project executives and will be responsible for the following:

• Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator).
• Manage 5-8 interior commercial projects, lasting 12-16 weeks at one time.
• Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast-paced growth.
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.
• Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports.
• Key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team.
• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
• Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects.

What You’ll need to Win?

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience as a project manager on commercial projects.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites and Cloud Red Team.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to create and support team morale.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
• Driven by building and maintaining relationships with clients, in-house team, and subcontractors.
• Ability to speak articulately in public.
