Project Manager
Denver, ColoradoEstablished Denver-based commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a qualified Project Manager with Eight (8) plus years’ experience in supervising large-scale commercial construction projects. This position will be responsible for direct supervision of Commercial Office, Retail, Hospitality, Recreation, Historic Renovation, Data Center and Commercial Office Tenant Finish projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $50,000,0000. Responsibilities will include coordination, scheduling, customer relations, and profit/loss responsibility for design-build, CM/GC, and Design-Bid-Build projects. Additional responsibilities include cost estimates; proposals; subcontractor agreements; staffing; and coordination with project architects and engineers; project meetings; and project records and documents.

- Successful candidates will be familiar with all project delivery methods and have a minimum of eight (8) years of commercial construction project management experience on projects ranging from $1M to $50M.
- Federal experience a plus but not required.
- Should be proficient in using construction software for both estimating and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with clients, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field is required.
